HAFL Facility Rules

To help provide a safe, family-friendly environment for all participants and spectators, please follow the rules below. If you observe a violation, please notify the HAFL Board Member on duty.

General Conduct

• Coaches, players, parents, and spectators are expected to conduct themselves respectfully at all times.
• Profanity, obscene gestures, derogatory remarks, harassment, or unsportsmanlike behavior will not be tolerated.
• Solicitation is prohibited at Lindsay/Lyons Park and all HAFL facilities.

Park & Facility Rules

• No alcoholic beverages are permitted in the park.
• Pets must remain on a leash at all times.
• No glass containers are permitted.
• No tobacco, vaping, or smoking products are allowed on the playing fields.
• No firearms or weapons are permitted on the premises.
• Skateboards, bicycles, roller skates, and roller blades are prohibited.
• Children may not climb trees, fences, bleachers, or enter restricted areas including the concession stand, announcer's booth, or Crow's Nest.

Parking Rules

• Parking is only permitted in designated parking areas.
• Unauthorized parking in handicap-accessible spaces may result in towing at the owner's expense.
• No unauthorized vehicles are permitted beyond designated parking areas.
• Parking on grass is strictly prohibited and will be enforced by Harris County. Vehicles parked on grass may be subject to citation or towing.

Clean-Up Responsibilities

• Please help keep our facility clean.
• All trash must be removed from spectator areas and sidelines following games and events.
• Trash receptacles are located throughout the facility and at the end of each set of bleachers.

Filming & Crow's Nest Rules

• Only two individuals (18 years or older) are permitted in the Crow's Nest during a game, one representative from each team playing.
• Parents and spectators may film from the stands.
• Filming is not permitted from the game fields.

Field Access

• Only rostered players, certified coaches, game officials, and authorized league personnel are permitted on the playing fields.
• Spectators must remain in designated viewing areas.

Please Watch Your Children

Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising their children at all times while attending HAFL events.

Failure to comply with HAFL Facility Rules may result in removal from the facility, suspension of privileges, or additional disciplinary action as determined by the HAFL Board of Directors.
