Privacy Information Policy

Attention: Head Coaches, Assistant Coaches & Team Moms

All information obtained in conjunction with the HAFL is to be used only for the sole purpose of conducting LEAGUE business which includes individual TEAM business and it is not to be used for personal or private use without the Written Permission of the HAFL and the HAFL Board of Directors.

This information includes the following:

Phone Numbers (cell, home or work)

Email addresses (home or work)

Street Addresses( home or work)

 

***Failure to adhere to this policy will result in Disciplinary Action by the HAFL Board of Directors.

The disciplinary action taken could result in your dismissal from further HAFL activities immediately and for the future as Head Coach, Asst. Coach or Team Mom in HAFL.

 

HAFL Solicitation Policy

Lindsay-Lyons Park & HAFL has a No Solicitation Policy

(This includes game and practice locations).

At no time should anyone hand out, promote, sell or advertise any type of business or company information in any way (this includes: distribution of business cards, flyers, post cards, emails, phone calls, direct mail or verbal) that does not directly relate to HAFL activities and/or that is not approved to participate at HAFL Facilities.

For example: Team T-shirts, football equipment, Spirit shirts, jersey name panels is permissable.

Advertising and selling in any way about information regarding Select Football Leagues, Basketball Leagues, Baseball Leagues and any type of Sports or Speed Camps that is not promoted or directly affiliated with the HAFL is Strictly Prohibited!
